From request to handover, it all happens in 6 steps. Requests are first come, first served. If one catches your eye, we recommend taking it on right away.
Make a request
The buyer creates a request with the souvenirs they want and their pickup conditions (area and preferred date).
Narrow down by conditions
Based on the pickup area, preferred date and activity areas, we narrow down locals and travelers who can help.
Choose a request
Choose the request you'd like to take on.
Send the request
The request goes to people who match the conditions. Taking on a request is first come, first served. While you hesitate, someone else may take it.
Confirmed
The person who accepted the order goes to buy the souvenirs. Other partners will see "Closed".
In person
ShippingBuying to handover or shipping, then done
Buy locally → hand over in person, or deliver by shipping. Progress is coordinated through chat.
Buy what the buyer requested and hand it over in person.
That's all it takes to earn a reward.
